A Correction: At the beginning of the message, I misspoke about King Saul, saying he had an evil spirit "within." I lost my place in my message and tried to think quickly, knowing I didn't want to repeat the same thing as I quoted the text a little later in the message. The text does not say he had one "within" him, but most translations say, "Now the Spirit of the LORD departed from Saul, and an evil spirit from the LORD terrorized/tormented/troubled him." Did God send it "into" Saul? We don't know. All we know is that it was sent by God.
